By accessing Coopverse you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.
Use of the service
Coopverse offers free access to a catalog of browser games, own and third-party. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach security, and not to perform mass scraping of the catalog.
Intellectual property
Coopverse maintains its original text and illustrations and develops Wobble Park, Fighting Cats and Exploding Mines. Third-party libraries, fonts and other components retain their own licenses. Third-party games are owned by their respective authors, studios or distributors; Coopverse does not claim ownership of those games.
Third-party games
Third-party game guides link to the provider’s site. We do not load their games or external images inside Coopverse without documented permission for that integration and those resources. A catalog listing does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the rights holder. You must not extract, copy, modify, resell, block ads, hide branding or remove copyright notices from those games.
External providers may change, remove, block or interrupt their games at any time. If a game stops being available, we may remove it from the catalog.
Library and font notices are available in third-party licenses.
Takedown requests
If you are a rights holder and believe any Coopverse content infringes your rights or has been integrated without sufficient permission, contact hola@coopverse.io with the affected URL, a description of the claimed right, and a way to contact you. We will review the request and, where appropriate, remove or correct the content.
User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and activity on your account. You can use your Coopverse account to access compatible first-party games. Third-party games may require a separate account. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.
Limitation of liability
Coopverse is provided "as is". Continuous availability is not guaranteed, nor that third-party games will always function. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes will be published on this page.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. Disputes are subject to Spain's competent courts.
